Studio Space & Rentals

Our beautiful studios are located lakeside at the historic Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning.

RENTAL INFORMATION

As a Not-For-Profit organization, KSD aims to provide support and space to the community we serve.

RENTAL PRICING

STUDIO A (sprung Marley Flooring)

  • Small Groups (1-3 persons)

    • Standard fee: $50 per hour

    • Artist/Student fee: $40 per hour

  • Large Groups (4-15 persons - must provide proof of insurance with minimum $5M liability)

    • Standard fee: $65 per hour

    • Artist/Student: $55 per hour

STUDIO B (sprung Wooden Flooring)

  • Small Groups (1-3 persons)

    • Standard fee: $40 per hour

    • Artist/Student fee: $30 per hour

  • Large Groups (4-15 persons - must provide proof of insurance with minimum $5M liability)

    • Standard fee: $55 per hour

    • Artist/Student: $45 per hour
